At Shawarma Mediterranean Grill, we bring you personal service and delicious, healthy ingredients. As chefs, managers, and owners, we created a concept close to our hearts. With over 30 years of combined experience—and the support of our wives—we’ve opened our little black book of family recipes to craft a one-of-a-kind quick-service dining experience. Meet Our Founders / Chefs
The owners, Pierre and Ibrahim Dagher, arrived in the U.S. from Lebanon to study at CU Denver, where they earned degrees in electrical engineering. Since then, they have been successful entrepreneurs. Their latest venture, Shawarma Mediterranean Grill, has been successful since 2010. Using recipes inherited from their parents, who owned Cedars Restaurant for 20 years—the town’s first Mediterranean spot—they continue a tradition of great food. Our Core Values
Besides family, food is our priority and purpose! Our recipes come from traditional home-made meals from middle eastern, Greek, Mediterranean, Lebanese, Turkish, Syrian and Iranian influences.
