Meet Our Founders / Chefs
The owners, Pierre and Ibrahim Dagher, arrived in the U.S. from Lebanon to study at CU Denver, where they earned degrees in electrical engineering. Since then, they have been successful entrepreneurs. Their latest venture, Shawarma Mediterranean Grill, has been successful since 2010. Using recipes inherited from their parents, who owned Cedars Restaurant for 20 years—the town’s first Mediterranean spot—they continue a tradition of great food.
